Our global technology client has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their retention group! This is a stellar opportunity to gain professional experience in an exciting industry.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Westminster, Colorado.

Customer Support Specialist (Retention)

Customer Support Specialist (Retention) Responsibilities
- Handle in-bound and outbound sales calls.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings.
- Maintain documentation of interactions in CRM system.
- Escalate and route calls as needed.
- Support ongoing process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform research to suggest product improvements.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience related to customer retention and sales.
- Customer-service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
