Database Systems Consultant - Remote | WFH

We're seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team and play a vital role in our statewide health information initiative.

You'll be responsible for overseeing a system that collects and analyzes health insurance claims data, ensuring its accuracy and efficiency.

Here's What You'll Do:

Leverage your expertise to manage and analyze healthcare claims data.

Develop and implement a sustainable plan for ongoing database operations.

Partner with stakeholders to identify regulatory and legal considerations.

Lead the development and revision of key program documents.

Manage program budget and ensure successful implementation of the Advanced Primary Care Demonstration (APCD) project.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a proven track record in project management (minimum 7 years).

Possesses strong experience with data warehouse concepts (5+ years desired).

Has a deep understanding of healthcare claims processing (5+ years desired) and Medicaid system design (5+ years desired).

Thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at presenting complex information to senior leadership.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Healthcare Claims data and CMS Funding.

Manage the project budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Lead and facilitate APCD Advisory Committee meetings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the APCD Data Collection and Data Analytics modules.

Brings 7+ years of proven project management experience to the table.

Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
