Description

The Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager is responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 professionals, translating the needs of a Federal Civilian agency with complex and diverse business objectives and 20,000 on-site and remote employees in over 800 locations into actionable innovation opportunities and proactively identifying, analyzing, and leading implementation of new technology and processes. The Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager is responsible for working with multi-disciplinary teams to identify, assess, scale, and optimize solutions to meet agency goals and objectives. The successful candidate delivers impactful innovation services that appropriately pair the right approaches and methods with project size and scope to achieve high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. The Digital Innovation Transformation Manager is responsible for implementing measurable objectives such as SLAs and XLAs to capture and provide reporting that demonstrates the positive impact of innovation on business outcomes and customer experience.

This opportunity is intended to help support SAIC in pursuit of winning new business and will support oral presentations and proposal efforts prior and then ultimately execute on the program once awarded.

Qualifications

Required Education/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A successful track record in facilitating and successfully implementing digital innovation and transformational changes in organizations of similar size and scale, as described above.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Certified Change Practitioner; Certified Change Management Professional or equivalent level certification. or higher level - certification

Desired Education/Skills

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful improvement projects in an Agile environment for an agency of similar size and scale, as described, above.
  • Minimum of three years of experience analyzing/assisting with the development of customer for an organization of similar in size, scope, and complexity to those described above.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver emergent technologies to complex business solutions for stakeholders from multiple disciplines.
  • Success leading successful improvement projects in an Agile environment for an organization of similar in size, as described, above.
  • Proven track record of leveraging organizational change management (OCM) to effectively manage introduction of IT change/modernization/transformation
  • Experience with Ideation and Demand Management, Portfolio Management and Performance Analytics Reporting Leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Target salary range $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
