Digital Marketing Coordinator

Cincinnati, Ohio based transportation services company seeks a qualified candidate for Digital Marketing Coordinator position. Bush Truck Leasing Inc. is a rapidly growing company that offers leasing, financing, maintenance services, vehicle up-fitting and related transportation services to regional and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. This position will be based at our Mason, OH company headquarters. Position will be part of a Team that is responsible for Marketing, engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:

• Full responsibility of the implementation and execution of company CRM system and related outbound marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain a robust digital media platform through sites such as LinkedIn and others
• Support the VP of marketing as needed, including trade show presence, website maintenance and other relevant tasks
• Support the sales organizations with all needed tools including video production, presentation development, and collateral material
• Assist in cultivating employee engagement to help facilitate employee satisfaction
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field with 2+ years of experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is required.
• Solid understanding of digital media platforms, including social media and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
