We are looking for a Marketing Specialist-Digital to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.

In support of Marketing’s mission and key objectives, you will interact with internal business units and external agencies to understand the requirements of various digital metrics reports and be responsible for the execution of ad-hoc digital analytics reporting. You will help execute content updates and program launch deliverables across our websites and QA all development to ensure accuracy, compliance, and user journey is optimized across our digital web/mobile experience.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of digital tasks, projects, and initiatives
  • Assist with ongoing Paid Search (Google/Bing/Youtube) campaigns
  • Work with development team in sprint cycle and perform proper QA to ensure all website copy, projects and assets meet quality standards
  • Prepares and communicates web analytics and Key Performance Indicator reports to team members and management
  • Management and maintenance of blogs, landing pages and other webpages across various websites (WordPress)
  • Manage and remediate online business directories such as Google, Apple, and Yext.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • The successful candidate will be accountable to overall performance of SEM channel driving incremental volume and high intent leads for IEC’s brands, regions, campuses and programs.
  • KPI: accuracy, on time deliverables, increase in rankings, increase in SEM leads and conversion , CPS
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, ability to manage time and prioritize.
  • Versatile, multi-faceted, ability to wear “multiple hats” on a small team.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skillset

  • Google Adwords and/or Google Analytics Certification a plus
  • SEO skills: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including
  • Proficient to advanced levels of excel
  • WordPress proficiency a plus
  • Graphic Design skills a plus; Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
  • Capacity to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Prior experience working in a direct response, performance-driven marketing team
