Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose best-in-class technical solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service
Promote DXP engineering and consultancy services internally and externally
Analyzing and designing software solutions on top of Digital Experience Platform
Enable SoftServe`s sales teams by effective and consistent pre-sales support and advisory
Qualify prospects and opportunities from technical and business standpoint based on SoftServe service portfolio
Participating in architectural design discussions and solving complex business problems
Foster innovation both within SoftServe as well as its clients by proposing new approaches, methods or technologies
Capture and analyze information available during pre-sales (e.g. potential customer value, win/loss factors, geo potential, service demand etc)
Build and maintain professional network and relationships with the clients in the assigned geo
REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in working with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely or any other Digital Experience Platform
At least 5 years of commercial expertise in technology
Extensive experience working with globally distributed teams
Possesses a practical experience of facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders to define strategic roadmap, technological choices
Ability to travel to clients' offices
