SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Ideal candidate would live in Massachusetts. States covered include Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Northern Connecticut.


Candidate must be able to manage multiple distributors in territory. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors to increase sales and productivity.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership
  • Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers
  • Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership
  • Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans
  • Ability to present out in front of sales teams
  • Ability to manage a Field Sales Team


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry.
  • 10+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills ( Excel and PowerPoint required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor
  • Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays
  • Must have clean drivers license.
  • BS Degree preferred

Home office with some travel
