You would join them as their Director, Biostatistics to be a global program lead, they have a fun and strong senior exec Biometrics Leadership team, some were part of the most successful Oncology Drugs in the history of pharma history.

They are looking for someone like you to be the independent lead Director, Biostatistics in charge of strategic planning and reporting into Global Head of Biometrics who is a laid back and very nice person who allows creativity and innovation.

You will be responsible for:

· Global Program Lead in Cell Therapy, ADC, or Immuno-Oncology Portfolio

· In charge of strategy, planning, and execution

· Oncology Clinical Trial Design

· Oversight position of CRO's and Vendors

· Implement innovative statistical methodologies

· Oversight position of CRO's and Vendors

· Regulatory Interactions

· Mentor junior staff
