Responsibilities:
Lead statistical guidance within clinical program teams.
Manage statistical aspects of studies and regulatory submissions.
Facilitate statistical discussions with external stakeholders.
Provide strategic input for program documents.
Author and review biostatistics documents.
Develop TLFs for study analyses and presentations.
Supervise FSP and CRO biostatistics teams.
Drive process development and innovative methodologies.
Stay updated with statistical advancements.
Mentor junior statisticians.
Qualifications:
PhD (or MS) in Statistics or related field
Track record in global regulatory interactions and submissions.
Proficient in SAS, R, or Python for advanced statistical analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective at building collaborative relationships.
Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and trends.
Motivated to innovate and uphold high standards.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
