- Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Support performance management and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee maintenance and management of school facilities and grounds.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with communication initiatives, including newsletters, website updates, and social media.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the broader school community.
- Organize and support school events, meetings, and special projects.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and event promotion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior QuickBooks Online experience.
