Director of Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging

Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a strategic leader to drive its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) programs and efforts. In this role, your primary focus will be to advance and champion DEIB throughout the organization. To do so, you’ll partner across teams and divisions, including with leadership, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Human Resources, to integrate and reinforce DEIB principles into our recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development processes. You will also strategize how Insight Global can make an impact externally and with our consultant population by partnering with Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, and our Consultant Engagement teams.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

o Develop and implement a comprehensive DEIB strategy aligned with Insight Global’s purpose, Shared Values, and strategic business objectives;

o Provide thought leadership on and facilitate an open dialogue around DEIB topics; o Partner with senior leadership to develop success metrics and ESG goals.

Program Development and Implementation

o Create and manage programs that enhance diversity and foster an inclusive workplace;

o Oversee the Diversity Council and its programming;

o Engage with and advocate for our Employee Network Resource Groups (ENRGs);

o Manage the DEIB budget and ensure equitable allocation of resources;

o Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and processes on a regular basis;

o Create new DEIB programs and add DEIB resources, as needed.

Partnership with Talent Strategy

o Develop and implement strategies with your partners in Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire talent from diverse backgrounds;

o Work with IGU and Leadership Academy to train and educate leaders around DEIB and best practices for ensuring the success of team members from diverse backgrounds;

o Counsel the Human Resources team on best practices for supporting employees from all backgrounds throughout the employee lifecycle;

o Align DEIB initiatives and tracking with 4 Pillars reporting and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making;

Additional duties needed to advance Insight Global’s DEIB efforts

o Partner with the Consultant Engagement team to provide resources and programming to our consultant population;

o Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow Insight Global’s diverse supplier base and collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to integrate diversity into purchasing decisions;

o Partner with Communications and Marketing to promote our DEIB efforts and programming; o Continuously enhance our internal strategies by keeping up with best practices, trends, industry standards, and developments in upcoming regulations;

o Educate the ESG team on DEIB trends and best practices

• Passion for DEIB;

• Strong understanding of DEIB best practices and current trends;

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Must be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate.
