Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Food & Nutrition located in Ambler, PA. The Director of Food & Nutrition will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food service management, ensuring quality assurance and food safety, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
Food Service, Food Science, and Budgeting skills
Experience in quality assurance and food safety
Strong knowledge of nutritional guidelines and regulations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in facilities management and consulting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or related field
