  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect of Efficiency: Evaluate, strategize, and execute plans to optimize production capabilities, streamline manufacturing flow, enhance equipment efficiency, and integrate state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Data-Driven Innovator: Harness the power of operational data, customer insights, and company analytics to continuously innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Champion of Operational Excellence: Focus on refining operational flows, minimizing costs of goods, and embedding automation deeply into our manufacturing fabric.
  • Communication Maestro: Foster seamless communication and alignment among department leaders, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Insightful Reporting: Develop and present insightful reports that dissect operational KPIs, analyze manufacturing variances, and highlight critical technological dependencies.
  • Leader of Change: Head the Operational Excellence department, guiding initiatives across Automation & Equipment, Food Safety & Quality, and Process Improvement.
  • Technical Guru: Provide expert technical support for major projects, collaborating effectively across departments to achieve synergy and excellence.
  • Training Architect: Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical operation training materials, ensuring adherence to meticulous procedural standards.
  • Trendsetter: Stay abreast of cutting-edge automation, operational methodologies, and technological advancements to tackle both immediate challenges and long-term business goals effectively.
  • Qualifications:
  • Visionary Leader: Minimum 3 years of experience in operational leadership or continuous improvement roles, demonstrating strategic prowess across diverse geographical areas.
  • Change Catalyst: Proven track record as a change agent with mastery in project management, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: Ability to innovate and implement solutions in complex and evolving environments, driving sustainable improvements.
  • Technological Virtuoso: Proficiency in core mathematical principles and advanced technological applications, coupled with hands-on experience in operational excellence methodologies (LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • People Person: Strong interpersonal skills with the finesse to engage and collaborate professionally across all organizational levels.
  • Quality Champion: High level of technical accuracy and proficiency in conducting advanced visual quality inspections.
  • Traveler: 50% travel between sites/states to support and align operational initiatives.
  • Compensation: $130K + DOE with competitive benefits offers, M/D/V, PTO
