Director of Product

Role Summary:

As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for helping Ascent Cloud build world-class SaaS solutions for sales and customer-facing teams. This includes leading a team of Product Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Designers. You are also responsible for helping to grow the team’s product and business acumen. These responsibilities are in addition to your main responsibility of helping Ascent Cloud build high quality solutions that meet customer requirements and help us grow.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with CEO and Engineering Leaders to Deliver our Product Vision.

Understand Sales Technology Landscape.

Meet with Customers Frequently to Understand their Business Needs.

Identify Areas for Improvement within Current Ascent Cloud Solutions.

Work with Product Team to Define Functional Requirements for Product Enhancements.

Qualifications:

8+ Years of Product Management and Software Experience.

Significant Experience Leading Teams of Product Analysts, QA, and Designers.

Successfully Managed and Coached Product Teams to Deliver SaaS Solutions On-Time and with High Quality.

Strong Understanding of Cloud Architecture and Modern Development Patterns.

Degree(s) in Computer Science or a Related Field Strongly Preferred.
