We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly expanding company in search of a Director of Supply Chain. This role is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and scale the supply chain operations of a company experiencing significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support the company’s growth trajectory.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
Vendor and Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring the scalability of these partnerships.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a growing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a fast-paced, growing environment.
Demonstrated experience in scaling supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
