Director - Physician Network Management - AS Contracting & Payor Relations - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description:

Directs physician network management functions for John Muir Physician Network (JMPN) under the direction of the Senior Director, Physician and Payor Relations. Maintain and enhance relationships between associated physician groups, hospital system and payors to attain corporate goals and objectives.

Education:

• Bachelors of Art or Science.
  
  

Experience:

• Seven years’ experience in a comparable physician network management role
  
  

Skills:

• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet business objectives.
• Willingness to travel within network and system territory.
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
  

Work Shift:

Exempt Salaried (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$161,441.00 - $242,161.00

Salary

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
