The Director of Pro Services will lead and scale our Professional Services offerings at Buildertrend. Reporting to the SVP / GM of our Core Subscription BU, the Director of Pro Services will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer value and driving revenue growth by incubating and rolling out additional service opportunities beyond our core product subscription. This role requires a collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with corporate development, sales, customer success, and other teams to enable and scale our offerings effectively.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify synergies in the customer journey and optimize service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to scale existing Professional Services offerings, including additional trainings, onsite consultations, custom solutions, expedited onboarding and support, and referral programs.
Work cross-functionally across the business to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Pro Services with our overall business objectives.
Manage existing professional services partnerships and identify new professional services partnership opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
Drive revenue growth through the successful implementation and expansion of Professional Services offerings.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for service innovation and differentiation.
Who You Are And What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
5+ year proven experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment required.
Strong understanding of Professional Services and partnership management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful service strategies.
