Division Manager- Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a Division Manager who can provide exceptional technical support and leadership within our division. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality of customer service across all delivery systems, as well as maintaining compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. The Division Manager reports directly to Executive Management and collaborates closely with the human resources department.

As the leader of our Facility Maintenance division, you will:

  • Collaborate with Executive Management to develop comprehensive financial plans for the division.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated and effective team dedicated to excellence.
  • Set operational sales goals in partnership with Executive Management.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to all division team members.
  • Communicate changes in regulations and procedures effectively to the team.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations within the division.
  • Oversee daily operations, including both job-specific and administrative tasks.
  • Safeguard and protect division and company assets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, at least monthly, to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Plan and coordinate staffing for weekdays, Saturdays, and special events.
