Division Order Analyst

• Analyze title opinions, oil and gas leases, probate, conveyances, and curative to determine ownership of production proceeds from oil and gas wells.
• Obtains and interprets curative material as needed for resolving title defects and other title issues.
• Create and maintain division of interests and corresponding joint interest billing and revenue (pay) decks including marketing burden groups and BPO and APO decks when necessary.
• Analyzes conveyance documents, estate proceedings, and assignments to process ownership changes including working partners.
• Compile requisite record title documents to process changes in mineral, royalty, and working interest ownership.
• Generate and distribute division and transfer orders.
• Research suspense items for the Escheat process and try and resolve issues to release suspense.
• Verify company interest on any outside operated division order.
• Quorum (QDO), PRA, SAP knowledge a plus and strong technical skills with MS Office suite.
