Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Permanent Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, including modules, F&O, and Dynamics 365 Migration. We do not need someone to do the migration as that will be completed soon. We are looking for someone to serve as our Support Consultant from here on out as we navigate this platform. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and spearhead our efforts in streamlining our processes and optimizing our use of Dynamics 365. This role is pivotal in our organization and your expertise will help shape our strategic decisions and drive our success.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and migration to Dynamics 365 across various departments.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, design, and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules to align with business processes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and how they relate to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on Dynamics 365 to optimize performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and adapt system configuration to meet these needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding and adoption of Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 and provide recommendations on their applicability to the organization.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 modules, F&O, and Dynamics 365 Migration.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the Energy industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Certified Dynamics 365 professional or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in the Energy industry is highly desirable.
