What You’ll Do
Own the customer experience – greet callers sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
Provide product and website support to online customers, take orders by phone
Investigate package issues and find solutions to customer problems
Compose customer correspondence – email, social media, live chat
Collaborate with couriers and other company departments to resolve order issues
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
