Coordination: Manage daily shipments seamlessly through various channels, including phone, email, and our user-friendly web portal.
Technology Mastery: Gain proficiency with our cutting-edge technology and educate clients on its benefits, empowering them to optimize their shipping processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all claims are handled promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Customer Service Experience: Whether you're a recent graduate or have a couple of years in a business environment, your customer service skills are key.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
Adaptability: Stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced office environment.
