Summary: Senior Electrical Engineer needed to lead analog circuit design and support new product development, with a focus on PCB design and debugging.
Responsibilities for this role include:
· Lead designer for analog circuits, including analysis, component selection, and PCB design
· Support new product development; provide tailored PCB designs to OEM customers
· Maintain schematics/drawings, initiate/implement ECOs throughout product lifecycles
· Debugging/root cause analysis of circuits and PCBs; maintain PCB configurations/work instructions
· Oversee engineering department parts database; design/produce custom cable assemblies
· Collaborate with purchasing on electronic parts sourcing; build/support test fixtures for EMCs
Requirements for this role are as follows:
· B.S. EE degree
· 8+ years of experience in product development and production support
· Proficiency with OrCAD PCB Design and Capture
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with fast analog signal amplification
· Knowledge of mixed analog-digital PCB design
· Familiarity with low-power/low-noise power supply design
· Competence in flex-circuit design
· Solid electronics assembly skills for constructing/modifying PCBs
