Summary
As the EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST, you will assist the Director of Human Resources in promoting positive employee relations for all employees while assuring compliance of programs with all federal, state, and local laws/regulations. You will support Penn Highlands DuBois' professional Human Resource operations at the Medical Center and affiliate organizations. You will promote effective and efficient human resource services through utilization of policies and procedures in a consistent manner throughout the institution and affiliate organizations.
Qualifications
Other information:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
Prior working knowledge of employment law preferred.
Masters degree with concentration in Human Resources, PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Employee Relations Experience Preferred.
