This challenging role focuses on compliance advisory services, blending technical expertise, leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight.
If you have the following skills, we would love to chat with you:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years in compliance management/assessment.
- 5+ years auditing FedRAMP/DoD IL 4/5 assessments.
- 2+ years providing FedRAMP advisory services (preferred).
- Certified to conduct CMMC assessments (preferred).
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance if required.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARs, CUI, CMMC).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in obtaining relevant certifications.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Advisory Services:
- Provide expert guidance on FedRAMP, CMMC, and FISMA compliance.
- Conduct compliance training sessions, assessments, and audits.
- Recommend remediation actions to ensure compliance.
Engagement Leadership:
- Execute project scopes independently and follow SOPs.
- Lead client discussions to analyze requirements.
- Mentor Associate and Level I/II Consultants.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical issues.
- Document project progress and resolutions clearly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services.
- Clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the creation of new SOPs.
- Contribute to thought leadership via blogs and workshops.
- Propose and develop new advisory services.
- Monitor team performance and conduct reviews.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks per project scopes and SOPs.
- Lead technical discussions with clients.
- Guide Associate and Level I/II Consultants.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Identify opportunities for additional services.
- Mentor team members and provide regular feedback.
- Participate in thought leadership activities.
- Stay updated on compliance standards and cybersecurity.
- Travel as needed (approx. 25%).
