Primary focus is to manage the day to day planning and execution of the installation and success of all Entertainment projects related to New C enter/ New Store openings and remodels.


Overall Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless install execution
  • Ensure that deadlines are meet & project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan & implement
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs in a consolidated format that can be reviewed
  • Report and escalate progress to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation so improvements in efficiencies can be realized
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Manage the relationship between accounting, Workday and the vendors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs


Project manager requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or, 5 years work experience in project management
  • Experience with project management software tools a plus
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to implementation site and to support new product development. Note travel is planned in advance
