Lead the overall day to day administrative and clinical services of the EP department at the Buckhead campus as well as EP services at all satellite clinics. Establish and maintain an effective operating environment which assures effective, efficient and safe operations that respond to patient, physician and staff needs. . Enforces the operational policies, objectives and initiatives of the physician COE group.
Implements and oversees operational activities and programs to ensure the successful achievement of the business plans. Ensures that processes are followed to offer high quality clinical services to patients. Works collaboratively with the other leadership team members at the Buckhead campus as well as those in the satellite clinics.

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a closely related field. In lieu of degree, six years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years in a medical practice, hospital or other health care setting with demonstrated leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
