Event Manager – VIP Events (Remote)

We are looking for an Event Manager for a global B2B high tech company. This role will be responsible for developing strategies and executing various in-person VIP events domestically and internationally. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination, facilitation, and success of VIP meetings at global events.

This is a 10 month contract (extensions possible), 40 hour/week role, remote in the US.

This is a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities

• VIP Meeting Coordination: Match the right individuals with appropriate topics for VIP meetings at global events. Ensure flawless execution and coordination of VIP meetings, providing exceptional service and accommodations to attendees.Event Management: Independently handle logistics and coordination for events across various venues in the United States and Europe.
• Exhibit resourcefulness in navigating challenges that may arise in foreign countries and diverse event settings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales teams, executives, customers, and partners to understand their needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Be a proactive and adaptable problem solver, capable of making quick decisions and overcoming challenges on the go.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of event management experience with high-touch VIP events
• Experience with High Tech companies preferred
• Highly proactive, innovative, collaborative, organized, detailed-oriented, and analytical self-starter who is capable of effectively managing several projects simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills and follow-up to ensure meeting on-time deliverables
• Ability to travel to events in the US and Worldwide, as needed (15% of the time)

Compensation: $45/hr - $48/hr
