Triple Whale is looking for a talented Event Specialist that will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with the company's objectives. Reporting to the Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager, this is a perfect position for a candidate early in their career seeking an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Act as key owner for all on-site event duties including delivering specific operations including general event set up, assisting with registration, production, executive rehearsals, greeting duties and supporting on site program team as needed.
  • Manage master timelines and project manage event success across various teams, setting and implementing deadlines.
  • Schedule and run conference calls and meetings with key participants including meeting agendas, resources PPT decks and meeting notes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all elements of the event are executed flawlessly.
  • Create event agenda with key stakeholders to optimize attendee flow, different learning opportunities, venue capacity, speaker needs and event goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the event's success and areas for improvement.


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous event planning experience at a tech startup REQUIRED.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in end to end event planning or experiential marketing at a tech startup required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Small-scale events and supported company-owned conference experience a plus .
  • Experience with CRM software, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator across both internal and external audiences.
  • A go-getter attitude and ability to default to action.
  • You genuinely enjoy people and can work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Expected Travel: 30%


$60,000 - $65,000 a year
