We are seeking a visionary EVP,Creative to drive the creative direction and innovation for campaigns targeting Fortune 500 brands. This role demands a leader with a robust blend of strategic thinking and creative excellence, capable of transforming client objectives into compelling, insight-driven campaigns that resonate with audiences and elevate the Influential brand.
In general, a typical day will include:
Lead the creative vision and strategy for Influential, setting the stand for innovation and excellence across all campaigns.
Participate in pitch meetings with clients
Develop and implement creative concepts that elevate brand narratives and engage target audiences effectively.
Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand values.
Foster a collaborative environment with creative teams, including Copywriters, Designers, and Creator Management, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
Utilize consumer insights and market data to inform and refine creative strategies
Craft compelling brand stories and key messaging that resonate emotionally with consumers and drive brand loyalty.
Present creative concepts and strategic rationales persuasively to high-profile clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Solutions, Strategy and Analytics to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of creative innovation.
Develop, coach and grow the creative team to be a demonstration of excellence in teamwork and creative strategy from concept to execution.
Being an EVP, Creative requires:
At least 15 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing/advertising, or related fields with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
5+ years of previous management experience, established skillset in creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and high-performance.
Expertise in developing creative strategies for a variety of brands and industries
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal teams and external clients.
Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
The ability to command a room of leaders with a compelling vision.
Established management and leadership skills to create a team culture that fosters collaboration and inspires greatness
An eye for design and aesthetic, with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive action-oriented mindset with the ability to create and implement processes to enhance creative output.
The ability to operate effectively within the unknown and lead the charge.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
Bonus points if:
Background in influencer marketing
Experience at an agency, marketing-tech or media start-up
Salary range:
$250,000 - $300,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
