Overview

Being an Executive Director at Brightview Senior Living means that you get to work in entrepreneurial environment and lead your community with creativity and independence We're currently seeking an experience Executive Director at Brightview Sayville which offers Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes as well as our signature Wellspring Village neighborhood for those with memory limitations.

Responsibilities

Our Executive Directors are involved in every facet of the operation - Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office.

As the Executive Director, you will oversee day to day business operations of the community to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Directors of each functional discipline will report directly to you and together you will lead the team of associates across the community by embracing the vision, the mission and the vibrancy of our organization.

You’ll have the opportunity to truly make your mark while making a difference in the lives of both residents and associates.

Compensation Disclosure

$140,000 - $155,000 / year

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate’s offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.

Qualifications

  • While collaborative, you are able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Your experience in senior living enables you to lead a strong operation due to your regulatory knowledge and business acumen.
  • Sales! Sales! Sales! You're a champion of driving occupancy results.
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technological skills help you navigate various systems.
  • You meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
  • You easily handle multiple priorities and demands for your time.
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking helps your community in being a market leader.
