Executive Director - Immunology Medical Affairs

A large pharma business has a new role to lead its Medical Affairs function in its Immunology franchise. The company has a really strong portfolio in dermatology and rheumatology and requires and experienced Medical Affairs leader to plan for the launch of important new medicines. Key assets include research into COPD, Lupus, Scleroderma, Crohn's and other immunology indications.

You will be based at the company's head office in Massachussets but this will be a hybrid role.

Requirements

1. Advanced Degree required (MD, PhD or PharmD). Board certified Rheumatologist/Dermatologist preferred
2. Experience in immunology
3. Progressive Medical Affairs experience; global medical experience preferred
4. Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset

The successful candidate will be leading a large, globally based team and significant leadership experience within Medical Affairs is essential.
