Job Summary

The Executive Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process of large-scale video projects, support the client services team in client relationship management, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that’s aligned to the client-approved brief, project scope, estimate and timeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-profile production, within a creative agency setting, that includes team management , and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse range of projects, including large-scale shoots and post-production only initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final delivery.
  • Willingness to educate internal agency brand teams on the video process, explaining the rationale behind decisions and updating the team on best practices.
  • Collaborate with production companies on high-budget shoot projects, maintaining strong and productive relationships.
  • Handle on-screen talent contracts and work closely with casting agencies, negotiating usage rights, and ensuring compliance.
  • Effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Manage direct reports and freelancers, fostering alignment and productivity.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, guiding their career growth and skill development.
  • Handle a high volume of project requests, prioritizing and managing them efficiently.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, as well as accurate cost estimates
  • Create and manage project timelines, aligning them with client expectations and project goals.
  • Balance the needs of different accounts and teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Review and approve estimates and timelines for more junior producer and freelance producer staff, ensuring they are realistic and thorough.
  • Foster successful partnerships with senior team members, leveraging effective collaboration to achieve project goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale video shoots, with a detailed understanding of the production process including working with production companies.
  • Significant experience working in a creative agency environment, preferably within the health and wellness sector. Medical legal review knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong background supporting a wide array of projects ranging from simple animation to complex productions..
  • Experience handling on-screen talent contracts and negotiating usage rights.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to different ways of working and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Proficiency in managing project estimates, scopes, and timelines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
