Executive Vice President of Global Sales

We are searching for an experienced and results-driven individual to step into the role of Senior VP International Sales Head and lead our sales team towards achieving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Leading and supervising a high-performing sales team to attain sales targets through guidance and support.

Developing and executing effective sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to maximize revenue growth.

Cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.

Enhancing sales processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness continuously.

Taking full accountability for profit and loss (P&L) within the international sales division.

Creating and overseeing budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing necessary corrective actions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.

Staying informed about advancements in digital media measurement to identify emerging industry trends and opportunities.

Leveraging expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Utilizing proficiency in the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide valuable insights to clients.

Demonstrating a proactive approach in exploring opportunities in the data space, cloud, and enterprise data services.

Expanding business with the existing client base through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Actively building and nurturing a strong network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly in enterprise software solutions.

Track record of success in sales leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and drive revenue growth.

Experience with enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.

Sound understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.

Experience in collaborating with global cross-functional teams and coordinating sales efforts across multiple regions.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Solid business acumen and the capability to analyze market trends.

This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence at one of two locations: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. The position offers a salary plus commission structure.
