SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at a private boarding school in Wallingford, CT. This venue has a large dedicated bakery area within the kitchen where you can use your talents to delight the faculty, students, and staff. Here you will have the opportunity to make everyday tasty treats like brownies and cookies and sophisticated cakes and pastries for our catered events.

What You'll Do
Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What You'll Need
Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
