Lead the research and development of new non-woven products from concept through commercialization.
Evaluate and approve new equipment and production lines to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
Work with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Provide technical expertise and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to support product development and commercialization efforts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the R&D process.
QUALIFCATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in non-woven product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong Knowledge of non-woven manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Experience with evaluating and implementing new production technologies and equipment.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in product development and project management.
