Facilities Management Specialist

If you have the hands-on knowledge to resolve building maintenance issues and the business savvy to effectively coordinate contracts and vendors, please apply for our Facilities Management Specialist position. You'll help Oregon State Credit Union build and maintain the outstanding reputation that has made us a billion dollar credit union.

As a Facilities Management Specialist, you'll identify and resolve miscellaneous building maintenance issues at all of our 15 buildings -both doing the work yourself and contacting vendors. You will identify preventative measures, coordinate scheduled building testing and manage RFP's. You'll also be responsible for various security programs, work with local law enforcement on robbery/burglar alarm response plans and maintain emergency equipment. This is a hands-on but also professional position where you'll be model our culture of professionalism, active listening, collaboration, and expressing appreciation.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to jump in and help
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience required
• Maintain a valid driver's license for driving to branches
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift/carry/push up to 40 lbs

Compensation: $26/hr + bonus
