Facilities Manager to $120K - Work in Real Estate!

Our client, a real estate management company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their busy team! The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all building maintenance and grounds activities for a portfolio of buildings and apartment complexes in the Boston area, as well as overseeing, reviewing, and supervising the work of all employees in Maintenance Operations. Responsibilities include planning all installations and refurbishments, inspecting buildings' structures, identifying requirements of annual maintenance budget, coordinating staff training, assuring timely completion of all tasks, assisting and consulting with the project design, obtaining pricing from vendors and necessary permits and licenses, and more. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience that includes construction project, facility maintenance management and staff management. This role requires working knowledge of the technical principles and practices of structural, mechanical, and engineering design and specifications. Required experience also includes a relevant professional qualification required (Licensed Construction supervisor of Certified Facilities Manager).
