BDG is hiring a Fashion Assistant to manage our fashion closet. This is an administrative fellowship position focused upon managing the inflow and outflow of sample shipments, team schedule organization, and closet management.
This is a part-time role, 40 hours a week for 3 months to 6 months
Responsibilities
Work with the Assistant Market Editor on Fashion Week scheduling + calendars for team
Manage the BDG fashion closet and ensure supplies are continually maintained + replenished
Detailed sample trafficking from PR to BDG offices for every shoot
Organization lead on fashion closet and shoot racks
Manage BDG market team databases
Key point person for office freight, messenger, and courier services
Assistance on fashion shoots with set up / break down
Key person for office freight & messenger services
Requirements
1-2 years working for a fashion magazine in an assistant capacity
Interest in and passion for digital editorial content
Extremely organized and able to manage high-volume of tasks efficiently
$17 - $17 an hour
