Job Location: Atlanta or Norcross, GA (Hybrid 3 days/wk onsite) *5-15% travel to sites in GA, TN, AL, FL

Must have:

• Bachelors degree (business or accounting preferred)
• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting manager level role
• Experience working for a company with over $150MM in Revenue
• GAAP Accounting experience
• Excel - merges, comparing and doing lookups between multiple reports

Nice to have:

Construction/Sub-Contracting Industry experience

Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee Strategy, Vision and Leadership, Team Development, and Operations for the finance department. This role will report into the Regional VP of Finance.

• Collaborate with operational leadership to analyze financial results, manage budgets, handle cash management, and address policy matters.
• Integrate closely with operations to identify trends, enhance operational and financial metrics, and provide guidance to operational teams.
• Support the VP of Finance in delivering timely and accurate financial statements to the financial team.
• Actively engage in cash collection and disbursement processes.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standard operating procedures and identify and address any process gaps.
• Maintain continuous communication, keeping the CFO, Controller, and operational leadership informed of all critical issues.

• Oversee, direct, and organize the finance functions within your sites.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, emphasizing learning and quality commitment.
• Maintain an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures in line with the Company’s SOPs.
• Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, analysis, and review.
• Ensure that your sites are in alignment with the strategic plan.
