As a Financial Services Consultant, you'll help Oregon State Credit Union members build and sustain a solid financial future. Working full-time, you'll get to know our members personally in order to identify needs and provide solutions that are in their best financial interest. You'll open membership accounts and loan requests, research inquiries, educate members on our services and process transactions like deposits and withdrawals. This is not hard sales! This job is about service, so this career-building position demands an outgoing personality, accuracy in both cash handling and on the computer, and a professional appearance.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Positive attitude, strong customer skills and self confidence
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid US-issued driver's license
  • At least one year of relevant experience in customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience and strong computer skills preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Work type: Full-time, on-site and non-exempt

Schedule: Must be available for work Mon-Fri between the hours of 8 am and 6:15 pm

Compensation: $20/hr + bonus, incentives & a monthly travel stipend
