Title: Financials Functional Consultant

Must-have skills: 7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Peoplesoft Financials; 2+ years of experience in project management; government experience..

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;
  • Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;
  • Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and simulation;
  • Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process-related activities;
  • Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.

Requirements

  • Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings onsite.
  • 7 years of Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector .
  • Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
  • Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Preferred

  • Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2+ years);
  • Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;
  • Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities;
  • Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
  • Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;
  • Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM;
  • Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration
