• Clean and supply designated interior of buildings area including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls / Limpiar y suministrar el interior designado del área del edificio, incluidos pisos, alfombras, tapetes, ventanas y paredes
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones / Desinfectar artículos de uso común como escritorios, manijas de puertas, herramientas de oficina y teléfonos
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed / Mantener el inventario de limpieza, realizando pedidos de nuevos productos cuando sea necesario

• Empty trash and recycling bins / Vaciar contenedores de basura y reciclaje
• Stock and maintain supply rooms / Abastecer y mantener las salas de suministros
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors / Aspirar, barrer y trapear pisos
• Clean and maintain restrooms / Limpiar y mantener los baños
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors / Lavar y limpiar ventanas y espejos
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions / Notificar a los supervisores sobre condiciones inseguras
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment / Operar fregadoras de pisos y otros equipos
• Dust furniture and fixtures / Quitar el polvo de muebles y accesorios
• Follow all health and safety regulations / Cumplir con todas las normas de salud y seguridad

Requirements

• Experience as a Janitor preferred / Experiencia como conserje preferiblemente
• Ability to lift upto 30 lbs. / Capacidad para levantar hasta 30 libras
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies / Conocimiento de productos químicos e insumos de limpieza
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets / Familiaridad con las hojas de datos de seguridad de los materiales
• Integrity and ability to work independently / Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. frequently / Debe de tener la habilidad de levantar hasta 45 libra con frequencia
• Must be able to read and write / Debera tener la habilidad de leer y escribir
