We seek a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk. The schedule will include Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 11 PM.
Responsibilities
Hotel Front Desk:
Greet and check-in/check-out guests courteously and professionally.
Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
Handle guest feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
