Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in our Port Washington, NY Corporate Headquarters.
Position Responsibilities
· Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries
· Maintains employer's privacy by keeping information confidential
· Greets and directs corporate office callers by answering telephone calls from customers, determining nature of business, and directing callers to appropriate destination.
· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures
· Mail Preparation including packing and labeling envelopes; sorting, collating, and stapling material for internal and external distribution
· Completes special assignments for CEO including but not limited to maintaining appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel arrangements and expenses
· Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
· Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
· Assist and support the accounting department with ad hoc projects/initiatives as needed (No experience required; We will train)
· Verify, apply, and process credit memos and RMA (return merchandise authorizations)
· Improve and maintain AR turnover ratio
· Maintain the corporate credit policy, recommending changes to the credit policy for review by senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
· Entry Level
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Well-developed interpersonal skills, political acumen, maturity, credibility, confidence and unquestioned integrity
· A record of complete integrity and strong personal character, leading by example
· Confident and comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
· Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a results-oriented environment.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
