Job Description:

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an array of Web-based products using TypeScript, React, Express, NestJS, and other technologies. You will be working with both front and back-end code bases, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing features for our front-end customer dashboard and public-facing management API.
  • Collaborating with other developers on the team to complete features and meet deadlines.
  • Interface with the product leaders, designers and other engineers to effectively communicate changes and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience using Javascript/Typescript in a front-end or full-stack role.
  • Experience with at least one backend framework like express, nestjs, ruby on rails, etc.
  • Experience with at least one frontend framework/library like react (preferred), angular, vue, svelte, etc.
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work asynchronously with a remote-based team.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud hosting services like Vercel (for FE) and AWS services (for BE hosting, ECS, EventBridge, ACM, ELB, SQS)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
  • Experience with databases like postgresql or clickhouse.

$100,000 - $160,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there's a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
