Job Description
- Basic understanding of BEV, HEV, and PHEV architectures
- Experience in triage or testing of Powertrain or Electrified Powertrain applications.
- Experience in analyzing data and interpreting results.
- Hands on experience with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, VFLASH etc.
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers
- Basic understanding of electrical and automotive engineering
- Triage, commissioning and testing of internal combustion and high voltage vehicle propulsion systems.
- Analyzing current issues at a propulsion system level and eventual issues coming from interaction with other nodes in the vehicle development process
- Responsible for performing powertrain debugging and investigating software/calibration issues on pre-production vehicles.
- Perform first level analysis for each issue including data collection and data analysis.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders like vehicle build team, SW/C alibrators, EE wiring team to resolve the issues.
- Provide structured feedback on the issues that are triaged to the immediate supervisors and other stakeholders.
- Coordination experience with other stake holders for data gathering/ resolution
