IA Collaborative Work Model
Vaccinated team members local to Chicago have the flexibility to work either from home or the IA Collaborative office, which is located in the Chicago Loop and is easily accessible via public transit.
We're open to exploring vaccinated candidates both in and outside the Chicagoland area for some positions. We currently have distributed team members across the country in 12 different states, hence we support hybrid working environments and cover work-related travel expenses. Distributed team members generally work central time zone hours with flexibility based on business needs.
Occasional onsite and in-field work is required for all team members. We are typically in the field once or twice a month, for two to three consecutive days, conducting research or meeting with clients. We are committed to following CDC guidelines to ensure safety and well-being for our team members.
