Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 20 locations and 90 medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. Optima is currently seeking a General Contractor to deliver high-quality construction work. The ideal General Contractor will be expected to oversee high-level construction projects for several clinic sites. Must prioritize and balance construction projects ultimately executing tasks at a fast- pace record.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, overseeing & inspecting high level project plans.
• Source and supply subcontracting staff & materials and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain standards expected. Revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  
  

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 6 years Tenant Improvement experience
• At least 6 years Interior Improvement experience for commercial properties
• MEP experience
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Strong track record of completing projects on time and on budget
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and leadership skills
