Infrahire is looking for General Manager (Branch/Division Manager) San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities

  • Manage current and future projects in San Antonio and ensure high-quality execution
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects in San Antonio to drive profitable growth
  • Bid on project opportunities, leveraging estimating support from the head office
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and cultivate new customer relationships
  • Oversee all local field staff, identify hiring needs, and assist with recruiting
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings, held in the head office in Buda

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical contracting leadership experience, ideally in commercial work
  • Experience in the San Antonio market and relationships with San Antonio general contractors required
  • Electrical estimating experience required, ideally with Accubid Enterprise, LiveCount, Vision EBM, PlanSwift, ConEst or SureCount
  • Project management experience and experience using Procore required
  • Texas Journeyman's License Required
  • Texas Master Electrician License Not required but a plus
  • Strong tech skills, especially with Microsoft Office products
